I hope someone can help me, and tell me there is a way to close the pocket to keep the rib graft straight without having to go through another invasive open rhinoplasty. I don’t anything other than my original healthy, functioning, aesthetically pleasant nose with a STRAIGHT bridge. This is starting to take its toll on me mentally and emotionally and causing me to not want to face another day.

I think you identified what changes would benefit your nose. The tip is more projecting than it needs to be. Then, when a nose is de-projected, it tends to make the nose *look* longer, as if the tip had drooped, so it's *very* important to elevate the tip at the same time.

You should wait at least 2 to 3 months after a rhinoplasty to make sure that your nostrils are out of balance with the remainder of your nose. If they are, then you can consider going undergoing an Alar plasty under local anesthesia.
