I had rhinoplasty 4 years ago alar reduction was done as well as slimming the bridge, I wanted a natural proportion nose
Answer: Nostril asymmetry after rhinoplasty Based on your photos, the only thing I see that might not be proportioned is your nasal base. At times microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections can be considered for improving upon nostril symmetry on front view, however, it's not clear from your photographs whether or not this would be suitable.

Answer: Nose I would recommend a revision rhinoplasty with rib grafting to help make the nose more masculine and provide structural support to the alar rims as well. It looks like the nose was over-shortened and made too narrow in the alar bases.

Answer: Ethnic Rhinoplasty! Thanks Fabulous396561 for your question! Yes, With ethnic rhinoplasty, it is definitely possible to obtain a naturally proportioned nose. Ethnic rhinoplasty is a specialized surgical technique designed to enhance your facial features while preserving your unique ethnic identity To make your nose look more balanced and harmonic, a talented surgeon can improve its form by lowering the alar base or narrowing the bridge. Experienced surgeons prioritize natural-looking results that complement your overall facial structure. Ethnic rhinoplasty aims to enhance your features, not change them drastically and Your surgeon will tailor the procedure to your specific needs and goals. It's critical to talk to your surgeon about your intended outcome and to have reasonable expectations. Selecting a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with expertise in ethnic rhinoplasty is essential for achieving the best possible outcomes. They will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to comprehend the distinct features of your face and produce the intended aesthetic result. Ethnic rhinoplasty is a specialized surgical procedure designed to refine and enhance the nasal features of individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds. Unlike traditional rhinoplasty, which often aims for a more Caucasian-idealized nose shape, ethnic rhinoplasty focuses on preserving and enhancing the unique characteristics of a person's ethnic heritage. While the specific techniques may vary depending on the individual's ethnic background and desired outcome, some common approaches include: -Bridge Refinement: Reducing a prominent nasal bridge or adding volume to a flat bridge. -Tip Shaping: Refining the nasal tip to achieve a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing appearance. -Alar Base Reduction: Narrowing the width of the nostrils. As a triple Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and experienced rhinoplasty surgeon, I specialize in revision rhinoplasty. This complex procedure requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of facial and nasal anatomy. I am committed to correcting imperfections and restoring both the form and function of the nose. My philospphy is to listen carefully to the goals and desirers of my patients with a focus on patient satisfaction, I utilize advanced techniques to achieve natural-looking and long-lasting results.
