Is it possible to get very light subtle epicanthic folds thru surgery? (Photo)

I’m half Asian (south and southeast, Malay with some Chinese and Sri Lankan) I already have a smallish almost flat nose, so can I get a procedure to get youthful light epicantic folds? I really hate inner corner of my eye, and I want these folds to appear younger youthful. I will add a pictures of What I want. I want them for cosmetic reasons only, not trying to look more Asian or some goofy stuff, I know sooo many non Asians with these eyes
