I been try lost weight but is very impossible and I could love get my lipo on this part of my leg. Is this possible and how much will cost.

I reviewed the photo; it shows localized upper/inner thigh fullness, but a single image cannot show skin tone, asymmetry, circumferential fullness, or how much fat is actually pinchable. Liposuction is a contouring procedure, not a weight-loss method, so it works best when weight is stable and the goal is a smaller, smoother area rather than a large size change.

An in-person exam would decide whether liposuction alone is appropriate or whether skin laxity makes the result less predictable. The cost cannot be estimated safely from a photo because it depends on the number of areas, operating room or office setting, anesthesia, surgeon, and location.
