I been try lost weight but is very impossible and I could love get my lipo on this part of my leg. Is this possible and how much will cost.
Answer: Liposuction Yes you can have liposuction of the thighs. This will remove excess fat to help you achieve more of the contour you are wanting. The best place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you. I use a price tool on my website to help patients get an idea of cost for the procedures that interest them.

Answer: Thigh liposuction Yes, as we understand from your photos, thigh liposuction will be beneficial for you, but your skin seems to be prone to sagging, so it would be more appropriate to add a skin tightening treatment such as J Plasma along with liposuction.

Answer: Lower extremity liposuction Lower extremity liposuction is technically difficult and is prone to leave contour irregularities, unless you find an exceptional provider, which might be difficult. If done poorly, you can be left with permanent contour irregularities ever regretting, considering liposuction. That said in the hands of the right provider, you can have some good improvements considering you’re young and have good skin. Lower extremity liposuction is more difficult than other parts of the body and provider selection is key. Caution is in order when it comes to provider selection. Insist providers open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics in the same anatomic area. A sufficiently experienced provider should have more before and after pictures for you to look at then you have time to view during the consultation. A failure to show an impressive collection of before, and after pictures should be an instant red flag telling you to continue to the next provider on your list. I highly recommend you avoid virtual consultation and have in person consultations exclusively. Finding the right provider is most likely going to require having several consultations. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. The more consultations you scheduled the more likely you are to find the right provider for your needs. If you don’t get the provider selection right, you can be left permanently disfigured. I don’t want to be an alarmist but unfortunately, I see this far too common. The last 15 years of my practice has been devoted exclusively to doing body contouring with liposuction and fat transfer. The learning curve to master these procedures is much harder and longer than most people realize. Please be careful. When in doubt slow down and schedule more consultations. Liposuction is permanent and irreversible. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
