Unhappy with rhinoplasty - unnatural, upturned, protruding nose tip (photo)

I had rhinoplasty almost a year ago and was overall happy with the results. However, now with the swelling settled, the nose became unnatural, specially the tip. Touching the nose I can feel that the tip is too "detached/protruding" in relation to the the rest of the nose. I feel like the main problem is that the supratip and nose ala are too weak. This makes my nose look too sharp and upturned. I've added photos to better illustrate focusing on angles and lighting that highlights the issues. My question are: - As a specialist, what's your take? Are there really issues? - Can it be fixed with just fillers or a revision surgery is needed? Please don't be generic with boilerplate responses. Thanks!
