Deep plane mini lift vs. midface lift for sagging (photo)

Hi. Im very unhappy about my midface are . go fat graft before but not helped me at all. My midface looks saggy. One doctor recommended deep plane mini facelift, and add more fat to the cheek . And another one suggested midface lift . Please could give me your opinion? I would like to make a choice this year and I would like to do it right. ( im 34Y old) I think deep plane face lift would be the best choice but Im too young for that .

Hey there! Based on your photos and your age I do think that a mid-face lift would be the best choice. I think your volume is adequate and when we lift the cheeks they do look more full anyway. This would lift your jaw line a bit as well, which would look nice. The only other non-invasive option that might help is RF microneedling, but the results are not dramatic and only last a year or so. Hope that helps!

- No to deep plane face lift or midface lift (I do primary and revision cases for both) 
- No to RF microneedling 
- Dissolve any prior undereye / midface fillers
- Tear-trough implant could possibly help but difficult to tell based on this photo
- Fat transfer could possibly help but difficult to tell based on this photos

I would not do a facelift at your age. Definitely would not do fat injections. Your face is already round enough. You will have no problem finding a surgeon who will do a facelift for you and every surgeon would do something different.  I just think at 34 your are too young for any type of facelift

From this one photo you seem to have continued fullness of your eyelids into a flat midface. A soof lift / cheek lift with blepharoplasty may be a good help. A facelift could also help more, though a "mini" is not likely the answer. A deep plane would be helpful and age is not the key to determining when to get. It's when you need it.
