I'm 2 months PO BA and I've has these red lines, almost veiny progressively worsening on both breasts. Starting on the lower pole then going around the sides. I have incisions under my breasts. They don't seem to be goin tv away and don't look like stretch marks. They can be painful when I lay in certain positions. I'm worried I might have an infection? Will this go away? What are some warning signs? Can a normal GP help as my surgeon is interstate. Thanks!

You are still going through early healing and your scars are forming and changing. Massage the contracted scar on your right breast. It can take months for scars to soften and relax.
It is not recommended to take Accutane after surgery however, since you are 7wks postop this is really up to your plastic surgeon. You should ask him or her.
You are correct on all accounts. You should not be over-exerting yourself 5 days after surgery for fear of stirring up some bleeding. You should take it easy and strictly follow your doctors orders.On the up side, it sounds like the tightness you describe is likely just swelling.
