Is too much walking NOT GOOD 5 day post op from Breast Augmentation?

Typical walking for everyday activities should not disrupt your recovery or increased complication. If you feel that your breast is more swollen after your activities of daily living and I would definitely rest and contact your plastic surgeon.

Walking is good for you and is unlikely to be responsible for any breast tightness.  Unless of course you are doing power walking 5 days after surgery.

Michelle,Light walking after surgery is almost always good. In regards to your left breast concerns I would give your plastic surgeon a call.
