I am now 7 weeks post op from a lift + 470cc silicone implant placed under the muscle. Around week 5 my right breast started leaking a brown liquid I called my nurse and she informed me that it was old blood and good if it came out. Once I took my bandages off I felt that the skin on the incision of the right breast has hard scar tissue that is creating an indent in the breast. Will this go away? Also my breats seem to still be sitting quite high will they fluff out more?

Answer: Implants sitting too high Hi Tanamaria, yes, your implants are too high, and you have a fresh scar contracture on the right side.first, go to the gym, run, do the fly exercises, lift weight...buy a cheap hand-held massager and massage yourself as many times you can during the day on both breasts.get one of those silicone gel cream for scar ( Mederma for ex ) or if too expensive, just use your favorite lotion.get a breast band from your surgeon, and wear it 24/7 on top of your breasts, without a bra.get a prescription for Singulair from your surgeon: this is an asthma medication, but it helps prevent scar contracture around the implant.try all of the above until 6 months post-op. and hopefully they will drop lower and your breasts should look nicer.good luck,Florence Mussat
