I'm not interested in surgery at this time, so I'd like to know if fillers would help with my under eye bags. If so, which type of filler would you recommend? Thank you in advance!

Answer: Dermal fillers Dear osadosalosa, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from dermal fillers. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Good filler candidate for tear troughs I think you would have nice, although not perfect improvement of your tear troughs. Its certainly worth starting with a filler such as Restylane, or even Volbella or Belotero. Start with 1/2 syringe per side, and after 1 month or so, you may benefit from another similar treatment. If you go low and slow, you won't overdo it, and thus won't look unnatural or have paid too much. It can be injected by needle or cannula, but more importantly for this complex area, ensure that an expert physician injector such as a dermatologist treats you to optimize safety and great outcomes.
