What is this indent called under my eyes, on the sides of my upper nose? Can this be fixed with fat transfer or filler? (photo)

fillers. Restylane and Belotero work great. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications.

Fillers like Belotero, Volbella, and Restylane Silk are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind that a combination approach will give the most improvement. My patients try to get non-surgical treatments to avoid surgery, so we use fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP and stem cells. The area that you are concerned about is called the tear trough.  This can easily be corrected using a dermal filler.  Make sure that you consult with an experienced injector as this is an advanced area to inject.

Its hard to tell from the photo but, it looks like you have volume loss and we'll placed fillers can correct the loss.  

Those indents are called tear troughs caused by loss of volume under the skin.  This can be corrected by using a filler like hyaluronic acid. Restylane L is a good option for this area as it’s not too thick.  Find a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon with experience injecting this delicate area.   

As you have already learned, the "indent" is a form of tear trough. It is easily treated with use of the proper filler or fat by an expert. Unfortunately, the majority of injectors who treat this area are not experts, Make sure you see examples of treated patients who had similar problems. I strongly disagree with several responders who would use a light filler like Belotero, Restylane or Volbella, as these, in my experience, cause more problems than they correct.
