Am I a good candidate for fat grafting? (Photo)

I'm 18 but I have hollow sunken eyes that give me dark circles and weird hollow smile lines that look like a mustache. I know fat grafting is popular for older people but could I get it at 18?

Thank you for your photos. Commonly, I perform fat transfer to the buccal space after buccal lipectomy. It can be performed under local anesthesia and the results are permanent.

It would be difficult to find a hand held device with the sensitivity to clearly see tiny blood vessels. I use a microcannula to inject which is blunt tipped and does not penetrate or cannulate blood vessels.

For deep nasolabial folds or for cheek augmentation, fat is an excellent option. There is limitless supply so you can correct to full correction. It is natural and long lasting as well.
