I used to workout and weight lift before during and after pregnancy so while I'm 5'2" and 172lbs I don't really have as much fat as someone would imagine. My weight is more in muscle. I was told by a PC coordinator at 305 PS that I needed to lose weight because there's visceral fat in my stomach. A Miami PS told me I would be a perfect candidate. I just want to make sure I can get the results I desire
