Correction of a double chin can be achieved either though a surgical or non-invasive approaches. Liposuction and Jplazty (cold plasma energy to tighten skin) of the chin and neck produces consistently good results for appropriate candidates. I think you would be an excellent candidate for this procedure. There are  several non-invasive techniques for correction of a double chin. Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. Liposuction is effective at removing this excess fat and stimulating the skin to contract over time to create improved angulation and definition along the jawline. I recommend seeing an expert for a consultation. I hope this helps!

Very good pictures showing a big difference between chin extension and flexion. You seem to have a combination of week chin that could benefit from augmentation and excess fat under your chin. An examination is a must, because if the fat is under the skin, liposuction could take care of it. In many cases the examination reveals that the fat is under the platysma muscle in which cas it has to be removed by a open technique that requires an incision under the chin. If this needs to be done a chin implant can be placed through the same incision. A careful examination can give you the right answer.
