Am I able to get tissue expanders to increase breast size from 2000cc to 3000/4000cc?

Good morning!
I perform over 200 XL augmentations a year- you won't find anyone with more experience. I do not use expanders becase they are rigid, and most of my patients travel from other states or other countries and aren't here locally for the multiple office visits required for inflation. Instead, I use regular saline implants to achieve these sizes- 2000cc, 3000cc, etc.
