It's best to begin by consulting with a surgeon in-person. During your initial examination, your chin will be evaluated along with the neck and jawline. A weak #chin implies a lack of chin support for the skin along the neck line. Unfortunately, the noninvasive skin tightening techniques that are currently available have produced less than optimal results on the neck. It is my opinion that the only way to get dramatic improvement in loose and crepey neck skin is to go for a neck lift, which will also tighten the underlying platysma muscle. A neck lift will give you a dramatic improvement in your jawline and neck and should last for up to five to eight years.
