Though it would seem that treatments to the neck would alleviate the neck lines, skin redundancy, and skin folds that your photos demonstrate, I think that modest improvement is the best that you can expect. Conservative liposuction in the area would remove some of the excess fat and will help smooth out the larger skin folds but the improvement would not get rid of the deeper creases. A thorogh examination if the neck would also help in determining the improvements you can expect.
A neck lift may improve the dynamic creasing on the neck, but you may be too young to undergo such a procedure. A subset of patients may benefit from conservative botox by an experienced plastic surgeon. An examination is required.Best, Dr. Karamanoukian
Those creases are genetically conditioned, and commonly associated to policystic ovaries syndrome (including facial acne, which I see in the photos, and irregular menstruation, am I wrong?); though many treatments have been proposed, honestly no one works, don't believe in snake charmers.Life goes on.
The wrinkles on your neck are the horizontal kind that are from folding of the skin. A neck lift won't necessarily get rid of them. I have filled these and have had great success with that. Its in the office for 20 minutes and done. It may require some maintenance filler injections several times a year. Hope this helps

Unfortunately a necklift is not completely effective for treating horizontal neck lines. If there is a significant of skin an muscle laxity, it can help improve the appearance of the horizontal. In cases such as yours where there is not an excessive amount of laxity, it would not effectively address your concerns. Weight loss and skin care would be somewhat helpful. Best wishes.
The treatment for platysmal bands is a platysma-plasty. The platysma-plasty is usually only performed when the platysmal bands are present at rest, not upon animation. A platysma plasty involves making an incision underneath the chin and suturing the platysmal bands together between the hyoid ...
You are only 4 months post op so I am hopeful that steroid injections can still be beneficial in breaking down the scar tissue in your neck. Unfortunately, there is a possibility that the scar tissue will remain and you will need a neck revision surgery. Good luck and I hope for the best.
Neckbands or platysma bands can create concern to patients because they are related with unattractiveness or signs of aging. Depending on the type and severity of the bands, they can be treated surgically or non-surgically. Dynamic platysma bands ( the ones that “show up” on animation) can be ...
