In my experience, having the patience measurements specifically your base width diameter is crucial for choosing the correct implant for an augmentation.

I encourage you to have an in person consultation so your surgeon can measure you appropriately. Surgeons may also have sizers that you can try on while in office that can help you visualize as well.

Thanks for your question! "Natural" is not typically a word I would use to describe implants over 600cc, but it's more important to focus on what will make you happy. If you like the photos and like the surgical plan, then you will be happy. You are taller so you can accommodate more implant than others. Best of luck!

Thanks for your question and the simulation photos you provided. My answer is somewhat limited since I was not able to examine you in person. I find myself using larger implants( 550+ cc) on patients who have some sort of breast sagging. The larger implant tends to help with the appearance of a subtle lift. So maybe after 2 kids, you breast does have some loose skin than needs to be filled with a larger implant. Be sure to discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon
