breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

You might ask your surgeon if ultrasound therapy might be helpful to lower the raised side. Otherwise, you will need surgery to either lower the higher side or raise the lower side.

Doing selfie photos does not give an accurate depiction of your breasts. Either have new photos taken without you holding the phone camera or better yet seek in person consultations. I agree you may need revision of your left side (in photos) with re capsule surgery and re lifting.
