I am 5'7 180 lbs I have a wider rib cage and broad shoulders I was suggested mod + .. I like the width of the mod+ and the height of the HP's .. I am wanting larger breast as right now I am 36C boarder line lift .. Will the 800cc mod+ Saline achieve that look
Answer: 5'7 180# Will 800cc Mod+ Give Me the Look I'm Wanting?
800 cc implants would increase most women 4 cup sizes or so. The larger the implant the more the tissue will be thinned over time and the more quickly the breasts will droop. Having said that, if these parameters sound reasonable to you, 800 cc implants may be the choice for you. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast augmentations each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

Answer: Avoid 800 cc implants
At size 36 C each 200 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 800 cc implants would take you up 4 cup sizes to a size G. The best implants are silicone gel placed retro-pectoral since they look and feel natural, are less likely to ripple and are more stable long term. It is highly improbable that you would accommodate 800 cc implants retro-pectoral. If such a large implant was attempted it would extrude inferiorly and laterally and you will need revision. The profile of the implant is irrelevant when placed retro-pectoral since the muscle compresses it. I would recommend a new technique called Breast Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast Lift. Using only a circumareola incision it is possible to place the implant, reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Aligning the areola, breast tissue and implant over the bony prominence of the chest wall gives maximum anterior projection with a minimal size implant. Smaller implants are more stable long term, are less likely to have complications. 800 cc implants require repeat operations, you will be dissatisfied and will ultimately have to replace them.
Best Wishes,

Answer: Will 800cc Mod+ Give Me the Look I'm Wanting?
Thank you for the question and picture. You will find that you will receive more precise advice if you post pictures without clothing as well as goal pictures in your next post.
Despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with meaningful specific advice.
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or “D or DD cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.
I hope this (and the attached link devoted to the use of larger breast implants) helps.

Answer: Implant Selection Process
Generally speaking, the bigger the implants, the higher the risk of complications. In order to make an accurate size recommendation, I would need to assess your chest wall and breast mound measurements and characteristics. Unfortunately, there is not a general rule of thumb or objective criteria to implant selection.
Your plastic surgeon will perform several measurements of your chest wall and breast anatomy and determine a range of implants that both fit your chest wall and reach your desired goals.
The next step is to try on this range of implants in the office with your doctor. The key to this success is showing your surgeon the body proportion you desire with a bra sizer and allowing your surgeon to guide you to the right implant. It will be much easier to communicate in implant cc's than cup size when determining the appropriate implant for you.
I wish you a safe recovery and fantastic result.

Answer: 5'7 180# Will 800cc Mod+ Give Me the Look I'm Wanting?
It is hard to tell from your question what is the look you are seeking. It will certainly give you a larger breast, but what your precise goals are I cannot tell.
The photo is not particularly useful in that the breast is really not visible. An unclothed photo would be much more useful.
Trying on implants in your surgeon's office is, I believe, a valuable exercise in choosing the best implants. With that info your surgeon can help choose an appropriate size based upon your goals and the limits, if any, of your anatomy.
All the best.
