Your
breasts are too far apart and your nipples are pointing laterally.I recommend a new technique called Breast

Thanks for your question and photo.You may already know that your breasts are set far apart with wide cleavage and there appears to be turberous breast defromity. Dear Bombshell,   Thanks for submitting your pictures and your goal picture. From the pictures  you appear to have a small A cup and you clearly have tubular breasts with large herniating areolas that are placed excessively laterally. Your goal picture appears to be a full C cup. If your surgeon did not discuss with you your tubular breasts condition, I would suggest to consult with other board certified plastic surgeons. For optimal result, you will need also, in addition to the augmentation, a purse string mastopexy ( donut ) that will reduce the size of the areolas and correct the herniation with more attractive and natural look. The areolas can also, be moved more medially , again, in order to get more beautiful outcome. I would recommend saline implants placed through the subareola incision. That will save you another scar in the submammary fold which is scar unfriendly. Also, the subareola surgical entry will help to create a much nicer cleavage and a precise new submammary fold that is needed for  large implants, due to ease of technical dissection. Finally, you did not provide your chest circumference which is very important for implants size selection. Let's assume that you are 34 small A cup. To become a 34 full C cup you will need implants with a volume of , roughly, 450 cc. That can be achieved relatively easy with saline implants via subareola entry. As I said, consult always with board certified plastic surgeons and check their before and after pictures to make sure that they are numerous , consistent and you like them. Thank you for your pictures. I think the wrist it can be greatly improved. I don't know if you can achieve the result of your wish picture. You will have to lean on your surgeon's judgment based on the volume and type of implant. One other issues I would like to raise is that you have some mild form tuberous breast deformity and  that needs to be addressed during your augmentation.

sizes and shapes to fit your frame nicely. You should consider that you have a mild form of tuberous breast and a large gap in the cleavage area. With appropriate education you can understand more about how these conditions can affect your post-surgery results. This will be important in developing a realistic expectation as opposed to photos online which may be a different result from what you can actually achieve.  Consult with several local surgeons

I would recommend a circumareolar mastopexy to address the tubular breast and a conservative implant choice to safely allow the tissues to stretch back to normal shape.  In terms of size, It is much better to accurately discuss implant volume and projection with an in office exam and detailed measurements. In order to make an accurate size recommendation, I would need to assess your chest wall and breast mound measurements/characteristics. I use these measurements to help me during the sizing process to guide you to a safe result for your chest wall and just as important, one that meets your end desires.The next step is to try on this range of implants in the office with your doctor. The key to this success is showing your surgeon the body proportion you desire with a bra sizer and allowing your surgeon to guide you to the right implant. It will be much easier to communicate in implant cc's than cup size when determining the appropriate implant for you during the sizing process. In addition, review of photos and use of rice bags can be very helpful to the patient and surgeon in achieving a safe and happy result. Breast implant selection, in my opinion, is an indepth and detailed process.  It is much more than the superficial experience of posting a few facts and some photos and askig for a straw poll vote.  Patients should come to thier consultation prepared to articulate their aeshtetic goals - the degree of bust fullness desired, the figure balance sough and the ideal breast shape.  Many patients find that photos help them express their goals from surgery.  The surgeon will then perform an examination to include assessment of physical and physiological characteristics of the breasts.  Many surgeons will use photography - 2D, 3D and/or photo gallery - to help the patient visualize the results.  Then the patient and surgeon will ddiscuss the options and recommendations for particular implant volume, implant shape, implant shell, implant fill material, incision location and implant pocket.  

The best way to be evaluated is for you to be seen in person.  You appear to have wide breasts and maybe even tuberous.

Based on your photographs it appears you have a constricted breast. You may be a candidate for release of the constriction with sub glandular placement of your implants. You should discuss these options with
