You can have the procedure performed as many times as you'd like, as long as you wait until your body fully heals from the previous surgery. This usually takes about a year or so. However, because surgery can be traumatic to the body, the decision to undergo any procedure should be taken seriously.
Your question is good and many patients will need secondary surgeries as they age and their breasts changes. This is no limit but the more you operate on them, the more difficult the it becomes to get a good aesthetic result. I would consider going under the muscle which will lessen the need for future surgeries.
There is no set limit to the safety in revision breast augmentation but certainly having multiple procedures in the past increases the complexity because of potential scar tissue that can develop.

It is unusual for me to redo breast augmentation. It is usually done by other plastic surgeons because the size was not what the patient wanted. That is why I try to ascertain the size as much as possible to avoid further surgeries. I think you are trying to go up in your breast size with further surgeries. I usually recommend that the patient wait several months to allow everything to stretch and accommodate a larger implant.
You have a very minor "double bubble" effect that can be corrected via fat grafts and rigotomies. As for bottoming the posted photos do not demonstrate that...
This Is perfectly normal and will disappear in the next few weeks. It is from air and fluid (irrigation, local anesthetic, serum, etc) in the pocket which will be naturally absorbed over time.
Depending on your rate of recovery, you may find going to a wedding so soon after your surgery to be very uncomfortable and tiring. You will also have to limit your physical activity to avoid compromising your recovery. However, please ask your surgeon as they may have different advice.
