A breast lift without implants will produce lifted breasts without increasing the size. The areolae can be reduced in size during the breast lift procedure. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast lifts each year. The breasts volume appear substantial a mastopexy will yield a very youthful appearing breast. However failure to support the breasts with the bra lead to subsequent recurrence of the ptosis.

Here's the bad news...the heavier the weight of your breasts, the greater the sag.  There is no getting around it.

The good news...there are a lot of great bras!

At 23 years old, that is probably your easist solution.

At some time in the future, you may want to consider surgery.  I often suggest to young woman to hold off on a decision like that until you have had kids and breat feeding- both of which can take a toll on your breast size and shape.  Once you are over that hurdle, surgery may have a greater value and the addition of scars may be more acceptable.  A breast lift will repositon your breast and nipple higher on your chest and reduce excess lax skin.  The addition of an implant is for the purpose of adding volume- in your case that would not be needed.

You may be an excellent candidate for breast lifting/reduction surgery.  Patients undergoing breast surgery should do enough homework to fully understand the surgical options, pro/cons of each option, and the potential risk/complications associated with each option.  This education will allow patients to make an informed decision about the best option for them and/or determine the best timing ( including considerations of life circumstances…) to undergo the surgical procedure ( if at all).Breast lifting involves some degree of tightening and lifting of the breast skin envelope and tissue.  In order to tighten the skin envelope, skin excision is necessary;  this results in the presence of scars. Sometimes, the presence of scars is a “dealbreaker”;  patients would prefer to leave their breasts unchanged than to have scars. At other times, patients  prefer to have the improvement in breast position, shape, and (possibly) size  and are willing to accept the trade-off of scars.I hope the attached link is helpful to you.

 

Breast lift surgery helps to reposition and lift the breast. Areola size may also be reduced with this procedure. Since you are happy with your current breast volume, you may not need an implant. Discuss your options with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Based on your pictures, I would recommend a full (Anchor-type) breast lift to give you the best result.  Since you are happy with your current breast size, you do not need an augmentation.  Most of my breast lift patients want to minimize scarring.  While I understand that, the more breast droop you have, the more scars you will need to achieve the best result.  If scarring is a major issue for you and you opt to downgrade your procedure to one with less scarring, you must lower your expectations for your final result.  A smaller scar breast lift will allow you to resize your areolas and raise your nipples, but that runs the risk of leaving your breasts with an awkward shape.  You could end up with nipples at the appropriate place and all the breast volume still sagging well below that.  A full breast lift will allow your surgeon to raise your breast tissue on your chest wall giving you a pleasing shape and perkiness.

The only way is a full breast lifting operation. But you need to be aware of the potential scars.///

You have plenty of breast volume so a full breast lift is what you need. Your areolas would be reduced as part of that procedure. Evaluate carefully the scars from a breast reduction procedur eas they will look exactly the same, with little to breast tissue removal.
