What can i do to fix my crooked lips/smile/lip corners. (photos)

Hi and thank you for sharing your question and pictures here! No face is 100% symmetrical and this is just part of our natural individual beauty. However if the issue bothers you, we can certainly do something to help. The issue with corners of mouth can be addressed with some Botox injections, and that's probably what I recommend you to start. We can also try to do some minor adjustments with fillers, but that needs to be done in small "baby" steps and in a very conservative approach to make sure your natural look is not negatively affected. Thank you for your question. From your photos, you appear to be a great candidate for lip augmentation with hyaluronic acid fillers, such as Restylane or Juvederm. Fillers are a great way to help add volume and symmetry to the lips and typically results last 6-9 months. As HA fillers are not permanent you can have them dissolved with hyaluronidase if unhappy with the results. The issue is very minimal, but since it bothers you... my vote is to combine some Botox with fillers. As Botox (if it is done correctly) can help a lot with the asymmetries during the movement of the face.

A small amount of filler in the left upper lip and corner of the mouth will help even out your lips. Hello and thank you for your question as well as sharing your pictures! After reviewing, I agree that a filler can help you achieve the results you are seeking without an extensive surgery. Have you considered Juvederm Volbella? The Juvederm products are hyaluronic acid fillers that can naturally add volume to the areas that you desire. Volbella in particular has small particles that will specifically target one side of the lip. Please check out our information page for more details! 

First, know that most of us are "crooked" or asymmetrical and our brains tend to compensate for that when we look at other people.  So, I doubt most people notice that your lips are not perfectly even.  However, a filler such as Juvederm could be injected to make them more even and to turn up the left corner of your mouth.
Juvederm usually lasts 10-12 months in the mouth area and is a very natural looking and feeling filler.  However, be sure that you go to an experienced injector in order to get the best results.

 Hi, I have performed many lip augmentation procedures using dermal fillers or lip implants for over 30 years.  From the photos, your upper lip is smaller on the left which makes the mouth appear out of balance and crooked and the upper lip in general is too small compared to the lower lip.  Following my beauty principles, the upper lip should be approximately 75 % the size of the lower lip for the lips to appear balanced. The lips can be augmented using a dermal filler which can also be used to decrease the upper lip asymmetry.
Dermal filers and lip implants offer a much more reliable volume for augmentation of the lips than permanent fillers or fat injections which are associated with increased, unwanted, side effects.

Unfortunately you are swirling down the black hole of awareness of your facial asymmetries. I'm sure it's all you see when you look in a mirror and you are the only one who sees it. No one else notices things like this because they are normal and people are usually more aware of whether you are smiling, look pleasant and fun. There is no great fix for this, You can play around with fillers, but the more you try to correct the more other things you will see. This is a bda diease and can make you get talked into treatments that really make you look odd instead of it being on your perceptions.
