Extra skin left after upper blepharoplasty, can this be corrected? (Photos)

Grateful 4 Second Chances
I had upper blepharoplasty and CO2 fraxel laser 5 weeks ago. My left eye has extra skin on it. It's bothering me and preventing me from going out anywhere - I can't wait 6 months to have it corrected and there is no way this is just going to go away. It's skin that needs to be excised. I'm worried and stressed out and feel like I wasted my money to look like a freak. Please tell me this can be corrected. Thanks.
