Hi @sfernandez26! Dermal fillers are a great way to help soften the laugh lines. Restylane Defyne and Refyne both work great. Best of luck to you!
Fillers work well to improve nasolabial folds. They use volume to smooth discrepancies and enhance contours. The treatment is done in the office and the results last up to two years depending on product selection. Speak with an expert injector near you to learn more.
Dermal fillers would be a good option to help fill out the smile lines and to fill in hollowed out areas around the eyes and cheeks. Depending on the type of filler used, the results can last up to 18 months. Another good option to decrease the fine lines and increase the overall plumpness and texture of your skin is microneedling. It is a procedure that essentially stimulates collagen growth beneath the skin to give the skin a plumper, firmer appearance, and help to eliminate the fine lines.
The nasolabial folds, meaning the lines that run from the corner of the nose to the corner of the mouth, can be improved by either lifting the cheeks with filler or fat or by injecting filler or fat directly in the lines. In most people lifting the cheeks first will give the best results. What would be best for you is difficult to determine, since I can't see the rest of your face. I recommend consulting with an experienced board-certified physician to discuss what would work best for you. Good luck!
Thank you for your question and picture. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are great at treating the nasolabial folds and smile lines. They will help soften folds and wrinkles for a refresh and natural look. I recommend seeing an expert in your area for a proper consultation and treatment plan. All the best, Dr.Michon
I think that you would be a great candidate for injectable fillers to your lines. I would suggest going with something that could be reversed (i.e. hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, etc.), in case you end up not liking it. It works very well in filling in those nasolabial folds that are bugging you. As with many treatments, even a minimally invasive one like this, there can be significant risks such as tissue necrosis and even blindness so it would behoove you to do your due diligence to research and go to someone who is a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist.
Belotero balance, Juvederm XC, and Juvederm Vollure are some great options to choose from for your specific concern. These dermal fillers are effective to smooth lines and wrinkles around the area of the nose and mouth in a natural looking way. I recommend you go for a facial evaluation with a board certified provider first to decide a treatment plan. Best,
No, you can get fillers at your age and it won't make you age prematurely. You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical and full lip. Nova threads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are ...
There are several treatments available to restore the youthful look under your eyes including dermal fillers, Botox, microneedling with PRFM, or laser treatments. A consultation will help identify the best option to restore volume to the eye area and promote collagen growth,...
These fillers (belotero, volbella, restylane silk) are good for under the eye, but keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP...
Facial fillers using Hyaluronic acid can cause immediate swelling and uneven contour. The swelling usually subsides with time. I recommend applying Plato's Bruise Balm twice daily for a few days after injecting my patients. If the filler lumps do not resolve, then a small injection of Hylenex ...
Hello and thank you for your question. To be completely honest, it is impossible to tell what will happen after injection of the fillers and what I would imagine to be hyaluronidase injection in order to dissolve the filler. This is all based on the on the premise that you were injected...
