Hello, I got a lip filler almost 3 weeks ago, however, i did not like the results in the upper lips so I went back and dissolved it and they're back to normal, however, after getting the filler dissolved I have those tiny white spots on my lips, in addition to some sort of pimple. I know that these spots are called fordyce spots (not visible in pic), but they were never visible before, so I wanted to ask if they're going to resolve? Also Is this pimple as going to resolve on its own?
