Fordyce spots after dissolving filler, will they go away on their own? (Photo)

Hello and thank you for your question. 
To be completely honest, it is impossible to tell what will happen after injection of the fillers and what I would imagine to be hyaluronidase injection in order to dissolve the filler. This is all based on the on the premise that you were injected with a hyaluronic acid filler (example Juvederm). 
The lips are very sensitive structures that take time to heal. Based on your photograph, it does not appear that the pimple you are pointing to seems to be a serious infection. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend that you follow up with your plastic and reconstructive surgeon in order to be examined and determine whether or not you would benefit from a course of antibiotics. Overall, the human body is very resilient and typically returns over time to its original state before manipulation with fillers. This can take 6-12 months to completely resolve.
