I have undereye bags which have been successfully treated in the past with filler "columns" in the dipped area. However some fillers worsen the swelling even more, as they are hydrophilic. However the filler needs to be hard (high G') in order to keep its position. Question: What's the hardest, non-hydrophilic filler that could be used?
