Breast reduction is the highest patient satisfaction procedure in plastic surgery. Not only is the breast size reduced but a pretty shape is possible.Just six weeks after her surgery, this patient in her twenties has less back pain, has lost weight, and is more active.


	Breast Reduction is done under general anesthesia. Incisions are made around the pigmented area (the nipple areolar complex) and extend vertically below the nipple and in the fold under the breast. The nipple areolar complex is moved upward to the desired location, while excess breast tissue, skin, and fat are removed.

This patient had a bilateral breast reduction with liposuction to her breasts. She had 1 pound 14.3 oz removed on the right breast and 1 pound 14.9 oz removed on the left. She had 325 cc removed through liposuction to bilateral lateral breasts.
