	This patient came in wishing to have a prettier nose. She felt it was too large for her face and had to big a hump. Performed an Endonasal Rhinoplasty (no external incision) to treat the hump and cartilages of her nose. He also slightly turning the tip of the nose up to take away the hooked nose look.

The difference between a well-defined nose and a bulbous one can be as small as 4 cm thats the length of rib cartilage we used to augment and sculpt the dorsum.For this patient, now 3.5 months post-op, we carefully diced and wrapped the cartilage in fascia, ensuring a smooth, natural appearance that blends seamlessly with his features.Through an open rhinoplasty, we utilized Piezo instruments for precision, slightly rasped the dorsum, and enhanced both the dorsum and tip with cartilage grafts to achieve this sharp, streamlined profile.
