I recently saw Dr. Carlson for the CO2 fractional laser on my eczema scarring. Dr. Carlson was gentle, patient, and calmed my anxiety surrounding the procedure. We used numbing cream to help with any discomfort, and I barely felt anything at all. He answered all my questions regarding post-procedure care and healing. I cannot wait for my second round and to see the final results! I highly recommend Dr. Carlson. I was nervous to select a provider because I have seen lasers gone wrong due to inexperienced technicians, but knowing Dr. Carslon was double board-certified gave me a lot of confidence in selecting him to help me.

I had a complex rhinoplasty revision and a breast augmentation with Dr Ghersi almost two weeks ago and my experience was amazing. His staff, and most importantly himself, his bedside manner, and the way he treated me especially right before surgery when I decided to change the implant size. Although they didn’t have the size readily available, he made sure he could get it in time for surgery. I actually apologised for the inconvenience but his words “No, I want you to be happy”, made all the difference! My nose is so pretty even though it’s still swollen, and my breasts are settling in perfectly. Another thing I appreciated and made everything easier is I didn’t need to worry about picking up the post op meds etc, they were readily available for me take home right after surgery and even the pharmacist give me a call to explain all the meds and how I should take them, as well as texting me during the week to see how I’m doing and to see if I have any questions. I highly recommend Dr Ghersi, I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience!! Thank you for my new found confidence.
