Dr. Paul Nassif performed surgery on this African American ethnic rhinoplasty patient who wished to reduce a hump, repair a deviated septum, and achieve better alar symmetry. Her right ala was wider than her left. Postoperative photos reveal an improved nose and more aesthetically pleasing profile.
