This patient is a 39 year old active mother of 3 who works out daily and plays tennis. She came to me to discuss breast augmentation due to loss of volume and sagging of her breasts.he was evaluated in our Basking Ridge office. Her initial evaluation revealed a breast ptosis (sagging) above the limit of what’s correctable with simple breast augmentation. During her first consultation she was given educational materials and different treatment options - breast augmentation vs. breast augmentation with breast lift. During her second consultation it became clear that she can accept a mild degree of residual sagging in order to avoid a combined procedure with visible scars on her breast. The patient underwent breast augmentation with 300 cc anatomic saline filled breast implants. She resumed normal physical activities shortly after her breast augmentation with minimal intake of pain medication.
