310cc Boobs!

Back in the market for a revision ????

$6,000
July 2025: I haven’t been able to feel fully comfortable with my current implants. They feel too large, the lateral displacement affects my daily activities, and it’s been incredibly frustrating—not being able to lie flat at the beach since 2019 is honestly embarrassing. I’ve consulted with two surgeons who both recommended a capsulorrhaphy and internal bra to restore proper support and positioning. I’m now actively searching for the right surgeon who can help me correct what was done and finally feel at peace in my body.

I have an appointment next week with a specialist in revision surgeries and will try to update this review with her recommendations. If I move forward with surgery, I plan to document the journey in hopes it can help others going through something similar.

1 year and 5 months post op!

It has been over a year and i still do not feel 100% comfortable with my new boobs. I feel they are too large for my body. I wished i had gone smaller on the 200cc range and not listen to friends and doctor saying i would have boob greed. Another issue i have is that the implants ride to the sides when laying flat on my back. I was at the beach and felt really uncomfortable wearing a bikini as it looked like a was extra flat on the front. I think this is called lateral displacement which needs to get fixed by a revision if too bothersome. When standing up however they look nice and with a natural fall.

I will be calling my doctor to discuss options on a revision and maybe consider that for the future which sucks. I had my implants placed through the armpit so i am not sure if they can fix lateral displacement through the existing incision... if i di get a revision most likely i will be going smaller maybe a 225cc or 250cc. Not sure about profile yet i currently have 310cc moderate plus. Maybe less projection so 225cc moderate or low profile. Lets see what the doctor says.

Posting some new pictures.

The area between my (currently nonexistant) breasts is very wide. My doctor also said he would do what he can to fix the gap to create more of a cleavage, but I think I will end up in a same or similar situation as you. When I lay down, my boobs just naturally "splay" outwards from my body. I don't think any amount of surgery or implants can fix that for me. I think your results are amazing, and would be thrilled with them, and am sad you are not happy, but of course it's all about being comfortable and happy in your own body! I wish you luck when you speak to your doctor!!!
Thank you! Yes our anatomies def do not help haha maybe thats the reason why we were born with no boobs to begin with lol. In all seriousness though maybe you can ask for internal stitches in your first BA just to make sure this issue is taking care w/o the need for a revisio . Not sure if doctors would do that though
Yea I’m not sure... I know the implants are to enhance what is already there, so I’m still expecting a large gap between the girls when I go in to get them done in a few weeks. I’m curious what your doctor recommends... you look awesome either way!

Hi there. I'm at 8 months post op. I got 350cc HP under the muscle. Like you, I had a wide gap between my breasts that wasnt really mitigated after surgery. Did you have high profile implants or moderate?
Hi! I have moderate plus profile. I was told these are wider than HP and in my case these would fill the gap better than a HP. To be honest It all depends, i dont think there is a right size or profile combination that would give you a certain look or result. Your anatomy plays the biggest role... i think that us with a wider gap are less able to achieve a rounder/closer cleavage. I have done some research on internal stitches and internal bras but that involves having a new surgery and new implants and everything again. If you dont love your results i would recommend doing some research on revisions but you can achieve a better cleavage with a good bra. Hope this helps you a little bit.
Hi i had moderate plus put on. Unfortunately implants dont change anatomy. Mine continue to have a gap (although much better than before) they do not resemble “the idea of rounded boobs” i think we all have. Now i have been told that and this is with a revision, stitches on the sides could help the implants stay closer in the middle and give an illusion of a lesser gap. I wish doctors would offer this option from the start and not having to get a revision to fix it. Hope this helps!
They look great, I hope I can get the same result
300 club girls :) love it!!

Im also moderate plus and i notice as i drop and fluff my boobs seem wide...

Did your bra size change at the year mark? What is your current size?
I havent gone to measure my bra size profesionally, but i can fit a 34B. As far as i remember the moderate plus is in the middle as far a wider set of implants (lo profile being wider and high profile being the least wider of the three). In my case a have a very visible side boob rather than a cleavage. Hopefully you are happy with your results!
