I Finally Got my Boobs!

I got my breast implants on 4/19/2019. Details on what i got: 310cc natrelle silicone, under the muscle, moderate “plus”profile, transaxillary incision.
My measurements: 5’2”, 118, 33 years, 14 inch breast width diameter.
My concern before surgery: natural look, smaller end of implants, wide gap between breasts.
Before surgery i had been on this journey for over 10 yrs. i finally decided to get it done 2 yrs ago and once again pushed it away and away. Ive never wanted huge boobs but i wanted something to fit clothes better. The rage between 285cc-320cc was my comfort zone. I was very concern about the wide gap between my breasts. I told Dr. Bitar and he explained that the body is as is and surgeons cannot change it. However, he will try to create the pockets as close as my body allowed w/o giving me a “uniboob”.
I am 5 days post op and i am happy. I havent been able to see my boobs yet as i have a large tape holding them but so far everything seems ok. Surgery day was a breeze and even when i got home i felt no pain. Day 1 and 2 post op are the hardest very uncomfortable and moderate pain. I was on percocet 2 every 4 hours which made me feel good no pain, but constipated me. So by day 3 post op i stoped all medicine, not been able to go to the bathroom is the worst feeling. Tomorrow i have my 1 week post op appt and i cant wait for the bandages to come off. I will continue to update as things changed. Oh i was always wondering this before surgery and yes boobs look anything but round at first. Sitting high up and looking like cones so far ive been told this is normal but yeah not round and pretty.

I’m likely choosing 300 cc moderate profile. Very similar to you! How do you like them now? I want smaller implants and this seems to be as small as I can go because I have a slightly wide chest/ breast width.

I love mine! I started with a very wide gap between my breasts and the doc did as much as possible to close it but theres so much they can do under the muscle. I love how natural mine turned out. I ended up with 310cc natrelle moderate plus profile. I would recommend checking the dimensions. I think the moderate has a wider base and less projection. Be careful with this you want to male sure they are not so wide that dont fit you natural breast width. Also consider asking your doc about going on top of the muscle i read that by doing so they can put them a bit closer rather than under. Best of luck!

I am at 4 months now and i am warming up to the idea of having boobs honestly! They are settling nicely but i think they are, to me at least, big. People tell me they are not at all but i guess coming from nothing to a full B is a change. I would have done 275/285cc if it wasnt for the gap. I was forced to go a bit bigger to 310cc due to my anatomy. Stick to what you feel is right. If you like the smaller look stick to it! Good luck

4 month post op!

Its been 4 months and boobs are doing ok they are settling and feel very soft. My right one is still numb especially the top part and the nipple. Other than having an allergic reaction to my left incision i havent had any other complications. So i now feel like i like them however they seem big to me. I wish i could have done a size smaller but due to my wide gap it was best to go with the 310cc. Well i do like them though, clothes fit perfectly now and i feel sexier. It is incredible as how they change with time so dont go by bras right away wait at least 6 months. Also i stop wearing a sports bra at night, and i have come back to wearing one while sleeping. They move a lot at night and i read somewhere that at least for a year is better to have them supported. So thats that!!!

Its almost 1 year since surgery. Things are going well. Right breast still numb to the touch on the top part. Not sure why.
I think both breasts have settled nicely however when laying down they drop to the sides way too much.
The incision on my armpit or near my armpit is still getting better. Very noticeable especially the one in the right that had the allergic reaction.
I have not yet purchased bras not sure why my size is. I particularly do not like to wear a bra. I use sports bra for the most part and sleep w/o one.
