	34 year old female who developed sagging to her breast and volume loss following pregnancy. She underwent a breast lift as well as breast augmentation. 325cc saline filled implants were placed under the muscle to increase her bra size from a 34B to a 34C.

38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. Patient wanted a better shape, better scars and smaller areola as well as to be slightly fuller. She is now shown 6 months after undergoing bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral exchange of implants to 550cc High Profile Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants with bilateral vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift).

Aumentation Mastopexy Revision

31-year-old female that was concerned about breast drooping and loss of volume. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation and mastopexy. She chose Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Style SSF 325cc silicone breast implants.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

37-year-old female that desired fuller and symmetrical breasts. She elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation and peri-areolar mastopexy. She decided on Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Style SSF 415cc silicone implants.

63 year old woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants, shown 1 year post op. Patientwanted to be lifted as well restorethe fullness of her upper breasts. She had280cc smooth, round, silicone implants placed under the muscle. Her symmetry was improved by removing 83 grams form her right and 157 grams from her left of saggy tissue with the breast lift.

This patient wanted to lift her breasts and improve her projection and fit better into clothing. She is shown 3 months after surgery. The breasts are both youthful, projected and full; while centered on the chest over the sub-muscular silicone implants. Confidence restored.

5'3 and 130 lbs at start of surgery. This patient had 375 cc moderate plus breast implants plus breast lift, as well as lipo abodmen, back, flanks and fat graft to buttocks.

The patient wanted to decrease the size of her breast implants and improve the overall shape and size of her breasts. She switched her saline implants to smooth round silicone implants (which will give her a softer more natural feel to her breasts). She also had a full lift to shape and lift the breasts into a more youthful appearance. The combination of the implant exchange and mastopexy gives her a youthful aesthetic appearance to her breasts.
