A placement of Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Memory Gel Silicone Implants 375cc on both sides was placed in a submuscular pocket and dual plane. Babies do their damage to both the tummy and breasts.  Here, no lift is required for the breasts.  Implants are all that is required.  The implants were placed under the muscle for the most natural looking result and a lower chance of them becoming too firm.  The nipple approach was difficult with such a small nipple-areola. A tummy tuck repaired her abdominal musculature as well as removed damaged skin.
