Age: 45. This woman came to my practice because she had multiple concerns. Her large breasts were causing back and shoulder pain. She wanted to improve the appearance of her abdominal area including the large abdominal scar from a non-elective surgery performed by another surgeon. She also wanted to reshape her flanks and thighs. I performed a Mommy Makeover that included breast reduction with a vertical incision; a complete tummy tuck to tighten her abdominal muscles, remove the old surgical scar, and reshape her belly button; and liposuction of the bra fat, flanks, and both the inner and outer thighs.

This is a mommy makeover done the right way. The patient came in to see several months in advance. She had had three children. When I saw her (we have pictures linked from mommy makeover section), she wasn't obese, but definately overweight. she decided it was time to regain her body. She booked surgery and followed by advice to diet and excerise for three months. When these pictures were taken, she had lost about 20lbs and firmed up her muscles. I was then able to do one session of back lipoconturing via awake smartlipo, followed at another day by a tummy tuck and augmentation mastopexy.&nbsp;
