This 50 year old female patient's breasts became deflated and saggy after massive weight loss. The patient desired fuller, bigger, and perkier breasts after weight loss. So, Dr. Katzen performed a breast augmentation with silicone implants to give the breasts more volume. Dr. Katzen also performed an anchor T mastopexy to lift the breasts.

The explantation is a surgery, mainly reconstructive, with aesthetic goals (in our patients). It allows immediate aesthetic reconstruction with the patient's own tissue.
