Woman treated with Breast Implant Revision using 275cc implants and Breast Lift to elevate her breasts, improving ptosis and asymmetry. Patient had 425cc saline implants many years ago and was dissatisfied with the way her skin was resting.

This young lady suffered bottoming out of her left breast implant and a rupture of her right breast implant.Her right breast implant was replaced and the pocket for her left breast implant was revised to better suit a new implant. Her results show improved symmetry of her right and left breasts.

This 30 year old mother of 2 has been pregnant 4 times. She is 5'6 tall and weighs 125 pounds. She had a breast lift 6 years previously and a breast augmentation 4 years prior. Her implants at that time were: round, textured, 385cc high profile, regular cohesive silicone implants. She had a very nice result but presented requesting to be bigger, (as big as she can be), new implants perkier, (placed up and in), and also try to have less visible rippling. These requests are all very challenging because she is thin, does not have much soft tissue to hide the implants, and is small framed. We decided to use ultra high profile, smooth, highly cohesive silicone gel implants 700cc placed below the muscle. Her post operative photos are from two years after, showing how the result has been maintained.

Patient had her initial Augmentation 18 years ago with a different physician.  She wanted Dr. Eric Schaffer to remove  her old saline implants  and replace them with larger ones to achieve more fullness and to better match her body shape.  The original implants were filled to 350 cc's and were replaced with Mentor smooth round moderate plus  implants filled to 540 cc's using her original incision site.

18-24 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision

49-year-old female that underwent a previous bilateral breast augmentation using McGhan Style 68 saline implants - 360cc filled to 375 on the left and 360cc filled to 400 on the right. Years later she noticed that her left implant was deflated. She chose to remove her saline implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira Style SRM 360cc silicone gel implants.

This patient is just 1 week after undergoing exchange of implants with redo lift. Patient presented to us several years after undergoing lift with implants at another clinic.She previously had textured implants (385 ccs on right and 325 ccs on left). We redid the lift and placed 700 cc smooth high profile implants on both sides.

This woman underwent revision breast augmentation surgery. She only wanted the implants moved and positioned higher on the chest. She did not want to undergo a lift because she was afraid of the scars on the front of the breast. Her implants were replaced through incisions under her areola.

This patient is just four days after undergoing correction of lift with implants. She had three previous surgeries with less than optimal results. She is shown here after undergoing implant exchange with the doctors signature lift.We are impressed with the the doctorsability to achieve these beautiful results under difficult circumstances. The patient is in disbelief, having not expecting this degree of improvement. She was switched from 750 cc Allergan implants to 800 ccMentor implants

25-34 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision With Lift

45 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision through complete capsulectomies, implant exchange using Allergan smooth round cohesive silicone gel Natrelle Inspira implants, 250cc on the left side and 280cc on the right side due to preoperative asymmetry, and placement of Strattice Contour 2 bilaterally, circumareolar Breast Lift, and Liposuction of the bra fat were also performed in addition to an extended Tummy Tuck with multidirectional fascial plication. Pre-op, patient had complaints of significant changes in the breasts and body due to prior surgery as well as pregnancies. Preoperative saline implant deflation was performed to reduce the capsule size and to shrink the patient's breast skin.
