25-34 year old woman treated with Breast Lift

This patient was planning on having double mastectomies because of a high genetic risk for breast cancer. Because her nipple positions were too low to preserve with a traditional mastectomy, we decided to first do a breast lift to raise her breasts to a higher position so her nipples could be saved during the mastectomies done 6 months to a year later.
