This 38 year old female patient initially 291 pounds, but was able to lose 176 pounds with a Fobi pouch gastric bypass! They presented to Dr. Katzen about 18 months after their Fobi pouch gastric bypass and 6 months of a stable weight.Stage one of the surgery included Dr. Katzens signature 360 circumferential lower body lift - which includes a tummy tuck, pubic lift/reduction, hip lift/reduction, and buttock lift/reduction. Dr. Katzen was also able to perform a vertical medial longitudinal thigh lift/reduction, including thigh liposuction, during stage one. About one month after the patients first stage, they underwent stage two of their surgery. This 37 year old patient complained of breast ptosis, or breast droop, and a history of weight fluctuations.  She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts pre-operatively and wished for a lifted and enhanced bust line.  She presented on consultation with a C cup and wished to be the same cup size, just lifted and firmer, after her surgery. After a long conversation, it was decided that she was an ideal candidate for a bilateral breast lift procedure and bilateral silicone gel breast implants.  Below are her pre-operative and 6 month post-operative photos.  Like many patients she was concerned with the scarring risk associated with a breast lift procedure, but she is healing well and the incisions are fading day by day.

This patient wanted to lift her breasts and improve her projection and fit better into clothing. She is shown 3 months after surgery. The breasts are both youthful, projected and full; while centered on the chest over the sub-muscular silicone implants. Confidence restored.
