Our patient is 46 year old woman who is 6 months out from Bilateral Breast Implant Removal (Explant) with Total Capsulectomy and Re-do of her Vertical Pattern -Lollipop- Breast Lift. She had 225cc smooth silicone implants placed underneath the muscle. She was suffering from chronic fatigue and brain fog that made her depressed for which her doctors placed her on prescription antidepressants. This 38 year old female patient initially 291 pounds, but was able to lose 176 pounds with a Fobi pouch gastric bypass! They presented to Dr. Katzen about 18 months after their Fobi pouch gastric bypass and 6 months of a stable weight.Stage one of the surgery included Dr. Katzens signature 360 circumferential lower body lift - which includes a tummy tuck, pubic lift/reduction, hip lift/reduction, and buttock lift/reduction. Dr. Katzen was also able to perform a vertical medial longitudinal thigh lift/reduction, including thigh liposuction, during stage one. About one month after the patients first stage, they underwent stage two of their surgery.
