Patient is 5'5 , 160 pounds and consulted with Dr. Schaffer about improving the appearance of her breasts. Breast Reduction surgery was recommended to reduce the size and weight of the breasts.


	Breast Reduction is done under general anesthesia in our Miami facility. Incisions are made around the pigmented area (the nipple areolar complex) and extend vertically below the nipple and in the fold under the breast. The nipple areolar complex is moved upward to the desired location, while excess breast tissue, skin, and fat are removed.


This patient had a bilateral breast reduction with liposuction to her breasts. She had 1 pound 14.3 oz removed on the right breast and 1 pound 14.9 oz removed on the left. She had 325 cc removed through liposuction to bilateral lateral breasts.
