She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). She chose 425cc teardrop shaped, gummy bear breast implants. She also had liposuction of her bra fat area to improve her overall contour. Her results are shown just 6 weeks later.

I felt that a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants would give the patient the best overall results. During surgery, I placed Sientra 355cc smooth round moderate-plus profil cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles (dual plane) via under the breast crease incisions. She recovered well and was very happy with her fuller breasts.
