This 24 year-old patient developed asymmetric breast during puberty. Her right breast sits lower and more lateral on her chest, but has almost equal volume to the left breast. She also has some scoliosis of her spine which was a contributing factor to her breast symmetry. She had breast augmentation with 265 cc moderate profile silicone gel implants. The dissection of her breast pockets was done slightly differently on each side to hide most of the asymmetry allowing the use of the same size implants so that the overall breast volume remained equal.
