A 40 year-old woman before and after Abdominoplasty with Liposuction of the Abdomen, Waist, Mons Area, and Bilateral exchange breast implants w/concentric mini breast lift by Andrew T. Lyos M.D., FACS. She was interested in a mommy makeover consisting of a Tummy Tuck, Exchange of Breast implants w/concentric mini breast lift. She currently was a 32DD with saline implants of about 304 grams on each side and wanted to go larger to avoid a full lift. A placement of Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Memory Gel Silicone Implants 375cc on both sides was placed in a submuscular pocket and dual plane. Total Weight removed from abdomen was 2.2 pounds.

Babies do their damage to both the tummy and breasts.  Here, no lift is required for the breasts.  Implants are all that is required.  The implants were placed under the muscle for the most natural looking result and a lower chance of them becoming too firm.  The nipple approach was difficult with such a small nipple-areola. A tummy tuck repaired her abdominal musculature as well as removed damaged skin.
