This lovely patient is shown 3 months post-op from mommy makeover consisting of a breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and liposuction. She came to me after hitting a plateau along her journey to a slimmer physique. Oftentimes, diet and exercise are not enough and surgery is needed to tighten muscles and remove excess skin. Her implants were smooth, round silicone and they were placed in a dual-plane to allow a small amount of lift. Here, you can see a huge transformation. Her results are exceptional because she adopted a healthy lifestyle after surgery to continue to improve upon her results.

This 50 year old female patient's breasts became deflated and saggy after massive weight loss. The patient desired fuller, bigger, and perkier breasts after weight loss. So, Dr. Katzen performed a breast augmentation with silicone implants to give the breasts more volume. Dr. Katzen also performed an anchor T mastopexy to lift the breasts.

20 year old female who elected to undergo breast augmentation with Saline Implants.  Patient wanted to be larger than her base diameter in order to get her desired outcome of 350 cc.  A  290 cc   mentor high profile implant was placed on the right and filled to 330 cc with normal saline.  A 290 cc  high profile implant was placed on the left and filled to 330 cc with normal saline. Results shown are at 6 months post-op

This patient had a severe capsular contracture due to a breast augmentation done by another doctor. Dr. Greenberg replaced her breast implants as well as performed a pocket repair and a capsulectomy.  Five months post op.
