This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). She chose 425cc teardrop shaped, gummy bear breast implants. She also had liposuction of her bra fat area to improve her overall contour. Her results are shown just 6 weeks later.

This is a 29 year old female who presented to my medical practice with interest in breast augmentation. This patient was overall happy with her shape, but she wanted to have fuller breasts.I recommended a breast augmentation with silicone implants placed through the areolas and under the muscle for the best and most natural result. In the operating room, I used Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants.Postoperatively, the patient did quite well and was very happy with her natural, fuller breast appearance.

1 week after a breast augmentation using  a 520cc high profile silicone implant placed above the muscle via a crease incision

This patient with minimal breast development or definition received 350 cc silicone implants, with much improved shape, volume, and cleavage. The inframammary scars will continue to fade with time.

Patient is 4'9 and 95 pounds.  Mentor smooth round moderate plus saline implants filled to 360 cc, placed under the muscle using the armpit incision.
