This is a 21 year old woman (5'7", 122 lbs) who wished to increase her bra size from a 34 A/B to a 34 C/D. This was accomplished with a submuscular breast augmentation utilizing a smooth saline implant. 3 months post operatively, her breast size has been augmented to the desired bust while still maintaining a perfectly natural and proportional shape and size in relation to her relatively tall physique.
