    This 37 year-old female had back, shoulder and neck pain for over 20 years from her large breasts. With painful deep shoulder grooving from her bra, she finally sought a surgical solution. Performed breast reduction surgery removing over 3 lbs of breast tissue per side. Her neck and back pain had immediate improvement.
