This wonderful patient is shown 2-months post-op from removal and replacement of her breast implants. The left breast implant was riding higher on her chest compared to the right due to a capsular contracture. After correcting this, you can see that she was able to achieve a symmetric result. She opted against a breast lift.

53-year-old female that had a bilateral breast augmentation 10+ years ago and noticed her breasts had changed shape. After consulting with Dr. Mobley she chose to remove her saline implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira Cohesive gel style SCX 560 cc implants along with bilateral capsulectomies.

Patient had her initial Augmentation 18 years ago with a different physician.  She wanted Dr. Eric Schaffer to remove  her old saline implants  and replace them with larger ones to achieve more fullness and to better match her body shape.  The original implants were filled to 350 cc's and were replaced with Mentor smooth round moderate plus  implants filled to 540 cc's using her original incision site.

Breast Implant Revision for correction of Double Bubble Deformity

This 30 year old mother of 2 has been pregnant 4 times. She is 5'6 tall and weighs 125 pounds. She had a breast lift 6 years previously and a breast augmentation 4 years prior. Her implants at that time were: round, textured, 385cc high profile, regular cohesive silicone implants. She had a very nice result but presented requesting to be bigger, (as big as she can be), new implants perkier, (placed up and in), and also try to have less visible rippling. These requests are all very challenging because she is thin, does not have much soft tissue to hide the implants, and is small framed. We decided to use ultra high profile, smooth, highly cohesive silicone gel implants 700cc placed below the muscle. Her post operative photos are from two years after, showing how the result has been maintained.

This woman underwent revision breast augmentation surgery. She only wanted the implants moved and positioned higher on the chest. She did not want to undergo a lift because she was afraid of the scars on the front of the breast. Her implants were replaced through incisions under her areola.

Revision of Breast Augmentation with Capsulorrhaphy and Implant Exchange.

This patient is just one-week post operative after undergoing revision augmentation mastopexy. She was originally operatedin 2009. Her first lift was doomed to fail due to the technique that was used. The doctors signature augpexy should show good longevity and stability over time. This patient wanted to be slightly smaller. She originally had 300 cc moderate plus Mentor implants. The doctor exchanged her to 400 cc high profile Mentor implant to achieve greater upper pole fullness and removed approximately 175 grams of breast tissue from each side as part of the lift.

35-44 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision- 3 months post-op

44 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision through exchanging her saline implants to Sientra smooth round moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants. On the left side, the implant was 350cc and on the right side, the implant was 380cc. Additionally, a new lollipop Breast Lift was performed. Pre-op, patient had complaints of unnatural appearing breasts. She had previously undergone saline augmentation by another surgeon with 375cc implants overfilled to approximately 475cc, and she desired smaller, more youthful-appearing breasts.

51 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision through removal of her old implants, which were 200cc textured saline implants overfilled to 240cc, and exchanged these for Mentor smooth round high profile cohesive silicone gel implants. Due to the asymmetry of the patient's ribcage as a result of her scoliosis, a 450cc implant on the right and a 375cc implant on the left is used for the best symmetry. The procedure also included a significant reshaping of the internal pockets and the release of old scar tissue to achieve the most natural appearance for her breasts. Pre-op, patient had saline implants placed by another surgeon many years ago and she wished to have more proportionate and natural appearing breasts.
